All images and material displayed on this Website are the copyright of The Littlecote Soap Co.  None of the Material from this Website may be downloaded, copied, sold, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, distributed and/or otherwise dealt in or with, without the prior written authority of The Littlecote Soap Co.  This does however exclude the downloading any material on a single computer for personal, home use only, non commercial, provided that all copyright and other proprietary notices remain intact.  The Littlecote Soap Co. hereby disclaims all liability in connection with any loss and/or damage howsoever arising as a consequence of either any use of, or the inability to use, the material on this site. 

The Littlecote Soap Co. reserves the right to alter or change any product or price without any prior notice.

Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations

In compliance with the EU Distance Selling Directive retail customers (excludes wholesale) may cancel or exchange their order contract by returning the order to The Littlecote Soap Co. within 7 days from the receipt of goods, in their original condition and fit for re-sale.  We will then refund the full value of the goods less the original delivery charges, as soon as possible and no longer than 30 days from the date of purchase.

All return postage is the responsibility of the purchaser and The Littlecote Soap Co. do not accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit to us.  Exchanges: Simply return your purchases to The Littlecote Soap Co. within 7 days of receipt, and we will despatch replacement goods. A re-delivery charge (at our standard rates) will apply. The Littlecote Soap Co. reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the goods are believed to have been damaged, or are not in their original condition. These Terms and Conditions do not affect your Statutory Rights.

Lost or Damage Goods

Please inspect your order immediately on delivery and contact The Littlecote Soap Co. within 48 hours if the goods you receive are damaged or incorrect so that we can immediately address the problem and notify our carrier if necessary.  For retail customers, in the case of non-delivery, please wait for 14 days from the date of your order in case your order has been delayed.

Pricing

VAT is charged at 20%.  VAT Registration No:  903 7274 32.  The Littlecote Soap Co. reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

Payment / Data Protection / Secure selling

Security and protection is our priority.  Your payment will therefore be processed by Protx who perform industry-standard Address Verification System (AVS) and Card Verification Value (CVV) checks to prevent credit card fraud.  More information on Protx can be found at http://www.protx.com/.  Any payment details processed by Protx will not be seen by us or stored on our server.  In accordance with the UK Data Protection ACT your details will not be disclosed in any way to a third party, all details will remain strictly private.

General Product Information

Please read the product information on the label of each product.  If you have any questions or concerns regarding the ingredients, please contact The Littlecote Soap Co. and we will be happy to answer any questions you may have.

If you are prone to skin allergies, The Littlecote Soap Co. suggest that you do a test patch before using a product.  If you have any medical concerns about using our products, some of which contain essential oils that should not be used when pregnant, lactating or with certain medical conditions, please consult your medical practitioner.  Essential oils should not be used under the age of 6.

The Littlecote Soap Co. reserve the right to change the appearance, packaging, and scent, or withdraw any products at any time.

Storage:  products should be kept in their original packaging and stored away from direct sunlight or extreme temperatures such as a radiator, window or open door as some products can fade, deteriorate or sweat if left in direct light or heat.  As products are handmade and hand cut, slight variations in colour, size or scent may occur between batches.
