Delivery

At present we only ship within the United Kingdom, we do not ship abroad. The standard shipping rate to mainland UK is £3.95, delivery to UK Islands is £4.95.

Most UK Mainland orders will be sent by courier and will need to be signed for unless you have completed our “Special Delivery Instructions” at the checkout to ask for the package to be left unsigned and in a particular place. Therefore if you are happy to take the risk, you can authorise us to leave the package with a neighbour, in a porch or shed etc.

PLEASE NOTE that to protect you and ourselves from fraud, the couriers will only take new or different special delivery instructions, or any changes in delivery details from us.

We will send you an email when your parcel has been sent – your delivery should reach you within 2-3 days of this email, so if you haven’t received your parcel within this time, please get in touch with us immediately.

If you do not leave any special delivery instructions and are out when the courier calls, the courier (APC/Action Express) should leave a calling card asking you to telephone to arrange re-delivery. The courier will make two attempts to deliver your parcel after which it will then be returned to us. A further delivery charge will need to be made to deliver the package again.

Packages for UK Islands and Scottish Highlands will be sent by post and a card will be left by the Post Office who will ask you to collect from your nearest depot if a signature was not obtained. Delivery Times

We try to get your order out to you within 2-3 working days, and on most occasions it is a next day delivery, but we would recommend allowing approximately 5 working days for delivery just to be sure. If you have an urgent order, please give us a call and we will let you know if we can deliver it on time for you.

WHOLESALE CUSTOMERS: Please log in with your password to view product and delivery prices. Wholesale customers: please allow approximately 1 week for your orders (and up to 2 weeks at busy periods such as Christmas time).
